You must already have a file to send us. We do not host MP3's. This is not a subscription service. You are a member for the life of your blackberry. All ringtones will be emailed to the email address the MP3's were sent from. Please keep in mind, that if you have spam block on your email, that the ringtones may go into your junk folder. After purchasing your item, you can begin right away. Send the MP3's to the email address you will received upon completion of you order. Once the MP3 is received, it is automatically processed and sent back... That's all there is to it.
